Retrofit assessment
Our trained Energy Assessors conduct a full site survey to PAS 2035:2023 standards. We identify the most suitable retrofit measures for each property, capturing condition, occupancy, energy performance data and enhanced ventilation requirements, where needed.
Retrofit Options Evaluation
Our Retrofit Coordinators develop a bespoke Improvement Plan for each property and portfolio. Every spec follows a fabric-first approach before heating or renewable measures are added. We adopt the plan to the scheme budget and assist with funding contribution.
Installation & construction
Certified installation teams install all measures to PAS 2030:2023 standards with rigorous on-site supervision.
Fabric works, heating systems, solar PV, and batteries are installed with full quality control checks, technical inspections and handover.
Handover and Evaluation
Upon completion we verify the installation and ensure the work is completed and handed over to the occupier or client with a full pack of manuals, advice, performance forecasts and long term estimates.
Crucially we ensure the installers are Trustmark and IBG accredited and commisionthird alongside 3rd party technical checks to the required standards
