Retrofit assessment
Our trained Energy Assessors conduct a full site survey to PAS 2035:2023 standards. We identify the most impactful retrofit measures for each property, capturing condition, occupancy, and energy performance data — including air tightness and background ventilation testing where required.
Retrofit design
Our Retrofit Coordinators develop a bespoke Improvement Plan for each property and portfolio — including fabric and heating measures, carbon modelling, and full scheme compliance design. Every spec follows a fabric-first approach before heating or renewable measures are added.
Installation & construction
Certified installation teams deploy all measures to PAS 2030:2023 standards with rigorous on-site supervision. Fabric works, heating systems, solar PV, and batteries are installed with full quality control and TrustMark lodgement at every stage.
Procurement & framework access
We handle all procurement through established public sector frameworks, removing barriers for local authorities and housing associations. Our Tier 1 status and consortium network secure best value without sacrificing quality or compliance — faster routes to delivery, at scale.

Solar PV & Battery Storage
MCS-certified solar PV and battery systems. Designed, installed, and maintained in-house — with access to Power Purchase Agreements and green asset finance options.
Fabric & Insulation Works
EWI, IWI, loft insulation, floor insulation, cavity wall, room-in-roof, flat roof, windows and doors — all installed by certified teams under PAS 2030:2023.
